Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Consultant – Hypercare Support with strong hands-on experience in migration and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will play a critical role during the hypercare phase, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and seamless transition to steady-state operations while working in NORAM business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end Hypercare Support during and after system migrations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for post-go-live issues and escalations.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of application/system issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and integration flows during hypercare.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and defects as per SLA.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge transfer.
  • Support transition from hypercare to BAU (Business As Usual) operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–6 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Hypercare / Production Support.
  • Hands-on migration exposure (data, application, or system migration).
  • Strong experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in NORAM shifts.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure post-go-live environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
  • Exposure to ITIL processes.
  • Prior experience in global delivery or client-facing roles.
